- Strategic Roadmaps: Develop and manage a three-to-five-year strategic technology roadmap to align technology solutions with business goals and objectives. Is integrated into the senior management team to understand and translate desired business outcomes into technology initiatives.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of policies, controls, and procedures, and creates KPIs to assess their effectiveness.
- Training: Facilitate and assist the client in developing training programs to enhance client knowledge and efficiency on the client’s technologies
- Project Support: Provide support for projects and initiatives and working with 3rd party vendors.
- Executive Communication: Meet regularly with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with current work and plan for future growth. Ensures that information relating to technical initiatives is presented effectively to non-technical staff.
- Vendor Management: Establish and manage IT vendor relationships. Assists with negotiating 3rd-party vendor engagements and ensuring the effectiveness of those engagements.
- Technology Research: Research new technologies and implementations needed for the client environment.
