Service Description
Ntiva Managed Workstation is a comprehensive and powerful solution designed to streamline the management and maintenance of Ntiva’s clients’ workstations. The offering combines state-of-the-art remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools, in-depth reporting on demand, and patch management tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
Automated Patch Management
Ntiva can ensure that all workstations are up to date with the latest security patches and software updates. Automated patching reduces vulnerabilities and enhances cybersecurity.
Ntiva can customize patch management to fit the specific needs of our clients. For clients with strict compliance requirements, we can begin pushing security patches as soon as they are made available from the vendor. Other clients may prefer a built-in delay (typically one week) for patches to be tested before having them deployed to staff workstations. In cases where specific patches are known to cause issues, we can easily remove and block those patches for all workstations running our agent.
Built in reporting capabilities allow clients to quickly see the overall patching compliance score for their environment as a whole or on an individual workstation basis.
Automated Anti-virus Deployment
Combined with Ntiva’s Antivirus solution, Ntiva can automatically install Antivirus software and report on any workstations that are unprotected.
Monitoring
Ntiva can provide on demand reporting and in most cases alerting for virtually anything clients would want to know about their workstation hardware.
