Ntiva selected again as Great Place to Work by the Washingtonian Magazine.
October 22, 2015 – Ntiva today announced that it has been selected as one of the Great Places to Work for 2015 by the Washingtonian. Winners were chosen after reviewing nearly 200 companies and close to 10,000 employee surveys. The final determinations relied heavily on the scores given by a company's employees.
Eric Kim, the COO at Ntiva says, “If you ask me what makes Ntiva special, I would say two things, our clients and our Ntivians. Our clients trust and appreciate our partnership with them and know that Ntiva’s core mission is to help them achieve their technology initiatives and business goals. Ntivians really are a special breed and help foster our relationships by doing what is best for our clients and going above and beyond to provide a one of a kind experience. In addition to this, their heartfelt care and compassion for other Ntivians is truly what makes me proud to be part of the Ntiva Cult.”
This is the ninth time Washingtonian has chosen Great Places to Work in the Washington, DC area. The feature dates back to 1999; it is published every other year. Among Washingtonian's 50 winning workplaces, there are a mix of sizes (from a boutique firm with a dozen employees to a corporation with more than 48,000), as well as industries (winners include government agencies, information-technology firms, government contractors, nonprofits, and more).
The 50 winning workplaces were chosen on the basis of such measures as: generous pay and benefits, challenging and interesting work, great work/life balance, opportunities to learn and grow, commitment to charity and community, and the recognition and respect given to employees.
